Overseas buyer pre-registration and invitation letter applications are now open for the 140th session of the China Import and Export Fair (Canton Fair). For the first time, the overseas buyer pre-registration channel remains open year-round, allowing global buyers to register at any time through the official Canton Fair website, the Canton Fair App and other channels, submit their sourcing requirements in advance and plan their itineraries ahead of the Fair.

Pre-registered buyers enjoy fast-track badge processing, access to business travel and trade service information, targeted recommendations of exhibitors and exhibits, and priority participation in supply-demand matchmaking sessions, promotion events and other activities. New buyers who have not previously attended the Fair onsite may complete registration, fill in the pre-registration questionnaire and apply for an overseas buyer badge, which can then be collected without delay at registration offices in the Canton Fair Complex, at airports or at designated hotels. Regular buyers who have attended before need only log in and confirm their personal and company information to complete pre-registration.
