On February 25, Consul General Li Nan visited enterprises in Mid Ulster, held discussions with company executives, and conducted in-depth tours of production workshops.
Consul General Li surveyed developments in key sectors including agriculture, manufacturing, environmental governance, and import and export trade, gaining a thorough understanding of the progress and demands of local enterprises in their cooperation with China. He actively introduced the prospects for China’s economic and social development during the 15th Five-Year Plan period and its policy of high-standard opening-up, and expressed willingness to continue serving as a bridge and bond to help deepen and expand China-UK/Northern Ireland economic and trade cooperation.
