The consular district of the Consulate General comprises Northern Ireland UK, which has a unique geographical location. Located across the sea from the Great Britain and adjacent to Ireland, Northern Ireland is an important traditional industrial and agricultural production area in the UK, with great potential for innovation and intelligence development. Since its inauguration in 2015, the Consulate General has been actively dedicated to enhancing the understanding of people from all walks of life in Northern Ireland towards China, promoting exchanges and cooperation between the two sides and serving the vast number of overseas Chinese in the district by adhering to the concept of "putting people first, diplomacy for the people". All these efforts contribute to the construction of the "Golden Era" of China-UK relations.

At present, China-UK cooperation is booming in various fields, and there are also new opportunities for the development of the cooperation between China and Northern Ireland. At this important moment, I am honored to serve as the Chinese Consul General in Belfast. I am willing to work with my colleagues more proactively and more innovatively to provide high-quality consular services to overseas Chinese and people from all walks of life in the consular district, and to strive to create new bright spots in cooperation between China and Northern Ireland to add new splendor to the stable and far-reaching China-UK relationship.
