On 14 March 2017, Consul General Wang Shuying met with Mr.Steve Harper, International Business Executive Director of Invest Northern Ireland. Both sides made positive comments on the recent new progress of trade and economic cooperations between China and NI, and exchanged views on the future working plan. She briefly introduced the Belt and Road Initiatives and relevant cooperations between China and UK. Both sides were committed to work together to promote the bilateral trade and investment to reach a new stage.
